Everything was OK with relation to costs. Food was good. House keeping good. Services good. The attendants were nice. The only thing which needs improvement is the quality of music in the evening from 7-8 pm. The musicians were low standard. No music,in fact boring noise. Should be better Rajasthani music.

Heritage architecture and vibe. Staff very eager to to please but delivery was sometimes a little muddled. Reasonable food. Be patient with the staff, including those at the bar, things take time to arrive here! The two pertinent issues at this hotel are the WiFi and pillows. The WiFi was not great; if it's important to you for work or otherwise, this is probably not where you want to be for more than a night or two. For us, the pillows were simply dreadful - very thick and firm, certainly not of the feather variety. Neck breakers! We asked for an alternative and received those of the orthopaedic variety, not much better frankly!

Juna Mahal offers a comfortable stay ***** with exceptional hospitality. All of the staff (Devendrá, Ajay Kishore, Shubham and Abhay amongst others), always served with a smile and accommodated all of our requests ( preparing a special meal almost at kitchen closing time since we arrived late and have some food allergies, expediting our laundry cleaning with no extra charge etc.). This place surely is great value for money. The only suggestion is to have some umbrellas by the pool :). Thank you for a memorable stay!

Enjoy your hospitality.Keep it up Food was awesome.The staff at Junamahal is very courteous and cooperative .Folk music was enjoyable.Children enjoyed pottery making.Rooms are spacious.Regular cleaning of room was done Enjoyed our stay.

I had a fantastic experience at this Juna Mahal. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was quick and easy, and my room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little details like the cozy bedding, complimentary water bottles, and fast Wi-Fi. The amenities were top-notch—relaxing pool area, and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night.

Excellent Resort. Really enjoyed it with our family of 4 with 2 children. Staff is excellent and very attentive. The rooms are well decorated and have all the facilities. Pool is lovely and food is excellent. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were brilliant. Evening entertain is also very good. All staff were brilliant and in particular Ajay was exceptional with providing great service.

The property is clean and well maintained, it’s beautifully lit up in the evenings. The staff is courteous. The food was average, can be better and the children’s swings were out of order, temporarily. We would love to stay again.
